With more than 32 years of construction and development experience, our team is fully versed with all trade work from the ground up. Our current developments under contract include six Single-Family properties and one triplex property all in the county of Los Angeles with combined ARV values of $26,150,000.


In addition to our current development projects, we're actively pre-planning for 4 medium-sized multifamily properties, all in opportunity zones, totaling approximately—139 units and counting from San Diego to Los Angeles and counting. I had an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) custom built in San Diego by 1st Choice Development. Huge success, as the final result was exactly how I pictured it, and had a flood of rental applications as soon as it was ready. Worked mostly with Tony Holder with the project coordination, and he was very open and let me communicate any specific details to his employees and subcontractors as needed. Stuff always comes up in construction, especially when it's a big project... But Tony was always accommodating with my build details to increase quality and have a nicer finish, as long as I covered any material overages.


I think it's always worth it to invest in quality and I was glad to find a contractor that was on board to do those things, even if it's a little different than the 'standard'. I have worked with a lot of stubborn and naive contractors that think they know everything, don't want to change any of their ways, and don't want to do anything different than what they always do. Not the case with Tony on my ADU build, and that made a huge difference in experience and outcome. Already planning my next ADU build with them on an investment property. Highly recommended.
