Tony brings more than 10-years of construction and development experience, including all trade work from the ground up. Tony has been an owner-operator of 1st Choice Design & Development since 2016, managing all aspects of the business. Tony's background includes over $50M in construction sales. His personal developments include 6 Single-Family properties in Los Angeles and three multifamily properties, totaling 119 units in pre-planning.

Edward brings 33-years of residential and new construction experience as a general contractor. Ed has completed thousands of projects gaining significant experience in all aspects of construction since 1989. He has assisted more than 20 contractors in obtaining their CSLB licenses and starting their own companies. Edward is a kitchen and bath design expert and has employed and managed over 500 contractors and tradespeople and is a seasoned industry veteran.
